Our goal is to ensure that every product you purchase from us meets the highest standards of quality and performance. To maintain fairness and transparency, we have established the following Return & Refund Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Policy
All sales made through Adventure GG are final. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, except in cases where the product is proven to be defective upon delivery. This strict policy helps us maintain quality control, protect product integrity, and ensure the safety of all riders.
2. No Refunds After Purchase
- We do not offer refunds once a transaction is completed, regardless of whether the product has been used or not.
- Please ensure that you have reviewed the product details, specifications, and compatibility with your motorcycle before finalizing your order.
- This policy applies to all products, including Motoz tyres, accessories, and any other items sold by Adventure GG.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
Although refunds are not permitted, we do allow customers to request an exchange if a product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Claims must be reported to our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- To process an exchange, customers must provide clear photos and details of the defect or damage.
- If approved, a replacement product will be arranged. No monetary refunds will be issued.
4. Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that does not match your confirmed order, please contact us immediately.
- Adventure GG will review the order and, if necessary, arrange for the correct item to be sent.
- The incorrect item must be returned in unused and original packaging.
- No refunds will be given, only product exchanges.
5. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Verify the correct tyre size, model, and type before purchase.
- Ensure accurate shipping information is provided.
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery and report any concerns within the required timeframe.
